Ihre Aufgaben

Smooth execution and mature IT operations (L1-L2) of user-facing infrastructure
- Entra (AzureAD)
- Windows 10/11 workstations
- SharePoint / OneDrive
- Exchange Online
- Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- Purview
- Apple Business Manager
Execute ITSM processes such as: helpdesk, hardware and inventory management, software packaging and installation lifecycle.
Responsible for the expansion and further development of the Microsoft Azure Cloud and Office365.
Engagement in infrastructure incident response and resolution.
Design cloud and endpoint solutions to meet business needs.
Solve complex IT problems and be a key player in our technical support team.

Ihr Profil

Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent degree.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in end-user infrastructure operations.
Deep experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of Windows based workstations.
Previous experience with Endpoint Manager (Intune) and AzureAD is a must.
Solid experience in automation with PowerShell.
Practical knowledge in infrastructure management relying on DevOps practices (IaaC, CICD, git) will be an advantage.
Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Ansible would be an advantage.
Previously completed Azure/Office365 projects will be an advantage.
Strong team spirit and a proactive, independent, solution-oriented, and practical approach to work.
Service oriented mindset with an assertive, flexible, and quality-conscious personality.
Very good English (C1-C2). German will be an advantage.

Strong preference for Swiss or EU/EFTA passport/work permit holders.
